Magic Bullet Suite question

Hi Folks,

Recently got a new i7 system, and just wondering if I can install and use the MB Suite on another PC? (Can't seem to get on Red Giant's site to find out the answer...)

Thanks,

I think I finally got some answers. (RedGiant's site seem to be slow tonight.) Basically, yes I would be able to install MB Suite on another PC, but I'd need to un-install the software on the old PC first.

Magic Bullet Looks: How do I move my plug-in from one system to another?

Hope it works (crossing fingers).

But now, for some reason I can't figure out, MB Looks won't install; it'd give a "Microsoft needs to close program down" type message. (Other applications, like Colorista, Frames, Instant HD, all installed properly).

Have asked Red Giant and they've emailed me with a few suggestions. But I was wondering if any members have any advice about installing MB Looks into Premiere Pro (I'm running CS2, on XP Pro, on an i7 system).

Thanks,

It's working...

Just wanted to give a quick update: MB Looks works with my new i7 system, with XP Pro 32bit, and Adobe CS2. Initially had problems installing CS2, but that's working okay.

Red Giant tech Jeremy had been helpful, sending email advice/solutions/downloads to get me up and running with Looks. Finally, he suggested to download the most recent version of Looks (1.2 version, I think). I un-installed MB Suite, then re-installed again, and everything seems to be up and running again (crossing fingers :)

At least I know there's going to be tech support from Red Giant for when I eventually upgrade to CS4, with Vista 64bit. (Here's crossing several more fingers :)

Best,
