jagged/distorted title edges in PP (CS4 on Mac) at DVinfo.net

This is so odd. I create a title and it looks great. Add it to the timeline and still looks great. Then, at some point, without me doing anything to the title or timeline the title just end up very jagged and distorted. Also noticing that even though I have a fade at the end of the timeline and it was working fine. Now that fade shows up as a cut (even though the effect is still attached to the last clip in the timeline. How can something be fine one minute and then turn bad the next with no action on my part?

For now I just shut down to give the machine a rest. I guess I'll see what happens when I get home. Any ideas?
