Scott, I know I'm the 'newbie' here on the forums... but WHY in the world would you attempt to update/upgrade equipment on the DAY you received your genre?

It's like saying a company is going to update their systems the day they're releasing new product... (which is generally a big no no)

I'm glad you resolved your issue of course, but it should be warning to others in ANY competition to not their equipment unless its an emergency situation.
