Handheld like filter?

I know they make a filter to put handheld-like motion into video if it was shot on a tripod. But I was wondering what the options are? Anything free?

Thanks!

Shoot a handheld refernce shot, track the motion and apply that to your tripod footage.

Scott,

The NewBlue sampler pack I just got with my Vegas upgrade has a plugin called "Active Camera" which has a tweakable handheld camera preset. This might fit the bill.
