looking for keyboard shortcut to renaming media files

I put slides into my videos. I take an existing slide, click on the rename feature, save it as a new slide, then change the text and input it into the timeline.

I have to manually click on the rename feature, and am hoping someone knows of a keyboard shortcut.

Similarly, the default for the rename title does NOT select the existing title. Hence, I have to "select all" before I put in the new title. Is there a preference where I can have it have the title selected to save this step?

Thanks Y'all!
