Time code resets on each clip at DVinfo.net

I have a Sony Z7 with the MRC1 CF card recorder. The time code is linear for each clip on the CF card but when I bring the clips into CS4 and try to do a time code dub, the time code never represents the true media time code (02:00:00:00 rec run) and it starts over at 00:00:00:00 when it starts each new clip. I have selected the "media" as the time code source. This has worked before when I have imported footage from a tape. I am so confused. Help please. Thanks in advance.
