Exporting RED footage

Hello all,

I have recently begun working with RED footage and just downloaded the codec to use it natively in Premiere. I shot full 4K and went to render it as an M2V MPEG-2 Blu-Ray file. The file output correctly, but it rendered audio and video as seperate files. How can I fix this? Any help would be great. Thanks.
