Anyone tried Neat Video for Premiere CS4?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has tried using the latest version of Neat Video with Premiere CS4 for noise reduction. If so, can you please tell me how well it's working for you? I have some older, very noisy videos I want to clean up. Thanks.

Rob

I have Neat Video for CS4, but it runs really slow, at least with 108op - to the point it is not very useful. I've been using the virtualdub filter 'dynamic noise reduction (MMX)' on noisey clips - it is very fast and effective.

As long as we're on the subject of unwanted noise, youl might want to consider iZotopo for audio cleanup. It is better than Soundbooth for eliminating unwanted AC, traffic, elevator, etc. noises. It has saved my life on my current project. It is simply the best audio cleanup software on the market, and a bargain at $350

Since you haven't had many answers, I'll give you my vote in favor for Neat Video when you have "very noisy" footage - very powerful but very flexible in how much filtering it does or doesn't apply. Definitely worth trying a range of settings to zero in on the optimal result.

It's very slow, but I consider that worth it for the quality if the footage is annoyingly noisey.

I use the Virtualdub version, so can't comment on how well it interfaces with CS4.

I use it with CS4 and can get excelent results.
To be honest the speed doesnt bother me as long as I get the results.
I still shoot on a SonyZ1 and its not so clever in bad light.
Neat Video solves a lot of the grain problem for me.

I've heard a number of people say that the 1080 version (2.22 I believe) of Neat Video is crashing their PP4.
