AME H.264 videos appear 'corrupt' on Quicktime
 

We use the H.264 preset (which uses the Mainconcept codec) with some custom settings to master some SD clips of popular conferences. The problem is that we get severe 'jittering' and green screen/blotches when the videos are played back. We have discovered this same behavior on PCs running Quicktime 7.5.4 and newer-- all the way up to the current version of quicktime for windows (7.6.4).

This only appears to affect videos encoded in the CS4 version of AME, as our earlier videos encoded in CS3 (July and previous in the link below) work just fine in the current quicktime player.

The videos also appear fine in VLC, WMP 11 (Windows 7 codecs), older versions of quicktime for Windows (tested 7.4.5), and Quicktime for Macs.

I'd really appreciate any helpful suggestions. We use the queuing feature of CS4 AME quite a lot, so we don't want to down-grade to CS3.
