Why do I get about a 2-3 minute lag in Onlocation?

This is really wierd. I've got my EX1 set to 1080i SP with firewire out. The image in OL's monitor window takes about 2-3 to refresh when I make a change on the camera, such as panning or changing the iris setting.

Thanks in advance

2 to 3 Minutes? On location has a bout half a second or so delay on my system, that's all.

I know. I've been using DVRack and OnLo since they were first introduced. That's why I can't figure out the problem.
