Reusing Sequences in New Projects

Is there a way to import a sequence from a previous project to a new project in Premiere? As an example, in Avid Liquid you can set up a sequence or several for that matter, that contain elements that you use regularly as a template and have a new project start with it. Alternatively you can select a project that was done previously from within a new project and copy and reuse anything you wish including titles, clips and whole sequences. Is there anything similar in Premiere?

File/import/select project. You can choose the whole project or select sequences.

Thanks a lot. I had actually looked at that many times but because the file types field showed only media, I never realized you could import a project.

Hi Gang,
It's Kevin from Adobe Learning Resources. Need to re-use a sequence in a new project? This thread explains how easy it is. However, if you would like more info about re-using sequences in new projects, check out this page from Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 Help.
