Mercalli_v2 premiere cs5 crashing
 
I love the new Mercalli_v2 with premiere cs5, however, it crashes quite often. Has anyone else had this problem? Mercalli analyzes the footage then crashes premiere. When I restart premiere the footage is ready to go, Mercalli works on it. Really annoying to restart premiere. Sometime the results are worth it though.

Please help.

I have been using mercalli V2 Pro with CS5 quite a lot.
So far, I have had absolutely no problems.
I think that the Mercalli tech support is pretty responsive, so the best bet may be to contact them.

I am using mercalli with CS5.03 Premiere. Never ever, crashed on mercalli.

Same, make sure you update both software.
