Premiere CS5 files jumping from 50MG to over 500MG

Anyone have this problem or a way around it?

Just opened my project from yesterday and it was 800 megabytes! Looked at the autosave a few min. earlier it was only 50, opened that then saved as and it still turned out to be 500megs.

Any thoughts?

Are you using CS5? This was a known bug in the original release. Simply download the update and it will fix it.
