Encore CS5 Progressive Pal DVD settings issue... What gives?

Hi,
Edited a project on PPro CS5. Material is Pal SD Progressive, imported via an AAF from an Avid system.
I exported from PPro via AME as .M2V (progressive).
I then created a Encore Pal dvd project, but the transcode settings are all greyed out and locked to bottom field first.
I still created the project and imported my M2V files (which do not need transcoding), but can't find any way to change the default project settings from interlaced to progressive.
All options are greyed out in the Project settings dialog box...

Also, in the Edit Quality presets dialog box, my progressive footage is mistakenly interpreted as bottom field first and there's no way to reinterpret it.
Despite this, I can modify the output setting and finally set it to progressive(within the Edit quality Presets dialog), but this doesn't affect the project settings dialog which still insist on leaving my transcoding options set to bottom field first.

What gives?
I guess what I really wanna know is how to correctly configure Encore CS5 for Pal Progressive DVD output...
Anyone with more experience and/or patience than I :-)
Thanx!

Right click on the clip in the Project Window to set the correct field order in the Interprete Footage.
Project setting should not effect the clips that do not need transcoding.
Unfortunately you cannot change the Project Settings.
If you use animated buttons you probably need to make a clip with lower field just for the button.
