Ingesting in Prelude question

Here's what I'd like to do, but it's not working for some reason.

I'd like to ingest my footage into Prelude, and export an MP3 of the footage to a folder for transcription later.

So when I ingest I choose the "transfer footage" option and set my MP3 and destination settings and it exports the audio to the folder just as I expect it to.

Hoever, it doesn't pull the clips into Prelude. I get an error of a failed file count.

Is there no way to ingest the raw footage into Prelude and create MP3s into a folder somewhere at the same time?
