CS6 on Windows Desktop and Apple MBP Retina Laptop - Windows vs Apple on the laptop?

I currently use CS6 on my i7-Hex Core desktop as my main editing platform, and do "light duty" mobile work with it on my Sony VAIO laptop.

I am getting a Macbook Pro Retina to replace the Sony laptop. I use Cineform a fair amount, and Neat Video noise reduction s/w.

My question is would I be better off installing/running the Mac version of CS6 on the laptop, or installing Windows and running CS6 in the Windows environment on the MBP?

I'd like transitions back and forth between machines to be as seamless as possible, but also want the laptop to run as efficiently and as stable as possible.

Anyone have experience with this combination?

I've worked with CS5.5 on both Windows and Mac, and the fonts will not be the same on the Mac versions of CS6. If you make a lot of titles, pre-make your titles as transparent images to prevent any discrepancies between versions.
