Any luck fixing moire in PPro or AE?

Hello, wanted to see if anyone on here has had any experience with fixing some pretty bad moire?
Here's a sample of the original footage rotoscoped to just the area w/ moire:

I've tried a few different techniques and the one that's had the best results so far is to de-saturate it and darken the suite jacket so that it's almost black. Was just curious if anyone else had experience with this. Also, please don't post a reply telling me to re-shoot. I realize that would be the best option but it's not a possibility with this project. Thanks and appreciate any feedback.
