Making multiple titles from csv file

Hi, I'm not sure exactly where to ask this but I use premiere for editing so thought this was an appropriate place to start.

I have a job coming up where I have to animate in multiple choice questions and the answer over some video. The issue is I have to repeat this process for almost 1000 questions. I am going to be given the questions in a pdf, excel spreadsheet and in a csv format.

Does anyone have any idea of how I might speed up this process. At the moment it looks like there's going to be an awful lot of cutting and pasting and making multiple titles in premiere or layers in photoshop.

Would appreciate any help or suggestions.
