does an image stabilizer come with Premiere Pro 2.0? if so, where is it? can't find it.

There should be a "lite" version of 2D3 SteadyMove on your Disc 1, under "3rd Party Plug-Ins." I haven't had too much success with it, but that's just me.

Now a native stabilizing plug-in in PPro 2.0? No, I don't know of one.
