whats the dissolve transition effect that blurs the image out to like black or whatever the next is? I'm just curious if premiere pro 2.0 has this feature. thanks.

There are blurs, and there are fade outs (dissolves), but I am not familiar with one that both fades and blurs. But you could animate the opacity at the same time you use a blur transition.

What exactly are you looking for?

Don't do that. You can pretty much make your own with no trouble at all.

Take a clip and keyframe the Fast Blur beginning 30 frames from the end at zero and 200 at the end. You will need to go to one frame before the actual end so you are seeing the last frame. Save that as a preset making sure to Anchor it to the Out Point.

Do the same thing to the next clip except start at 200 at the beginning of the clip and go to 0 blur at 30 frames. Save that as a preset making sure to Anchor it to the In Point.

You may find you still want to put on a Dissolve transition.

If you are going to do this, make sure that you slice the clip at 31 frames or more so that you don't have to render so much, which you have to do even when the blur is set to zero.
