Vertical flip causes top line flicker

I shot some footage with my A1 in 16:9 SD 60i, but had to shoot it with the camera upside-down. When captured and viewed in premiere pro 2.0, it looks fine. However when I apply vertical flip, the top pixel is off by a pixel, it is displaying what should be the bottom pixel of the frame. So the whole image is off by a pixel or scanline that is looping back to the top of the frame. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? I can post a short clip if need be.

I always thought the best way to flip footage was rotating it with motion control rather that V flip, thats how I do it with an adaptor, never had a prob, I know ppl have had issues before with V flip

Nathan,

Export the project out to it's final format and see if you still have the same problem. You can also try flipping the field dominance. I doubt that would have an effect but you never know.

If nothing else works, move the frame vertically upwards .5 - 1 pixel and scale up to 100.5% or 101%.
