Windshield Kit/ ruined sound

My sound is always ruined or messed up due to wind/ strong wind. I have the Sony ECM 674, probably looking to upgrade to the ECM 678, and I have the Sennheiser K6P/ ME66 and the AKG C1000. Which Windshield Kit would suit my needs best? I have been looking at a zeppelin kit from Rycote at B&H.

I am working for broadcast and looking for good sound not ruined by wind in any way. Both ambient sound and interviews. I do a lot of my shooting in the mountains.

I am not a sound guy but I haved used a Rycote fur with a foam insert and it is useless unless there is a breeze blowing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can go to the Rycote site and put in your mic details on the left-hand panel, then it will return compatible solutions.
