Microphone adapters

Does anyone know of a source for wireless microphone adapters that allows one type of plug to be converted to another? In my case, I use both Shure and Sennheiser wireless units and don't want to keep buying, for example, a Countryman B6 with a TA4 connector for the Shure and another with 1/8" locking for the Sennheiser. I would like to buy one mic and use it on either system. I did find ones made by DPA Microphones that goes from MicroDot to just about anything else but only from MicroDot. You can see them here:

I would like to go from Switchcraft TA4 to 1/8" locking.

Call Trew Audio and see if they will make you a short adapter cable. I'm sure that Glen and crew will do that.
