Helmet Cam, How do I hook it up? at DVinfo.net

I got this thing used. I have 2 GL1s that I dont want to use for this thing but what are my options for a cheap way of getting this thing to work and how do I get the sound and video to work on it, if I hook it up to a camera?

Plug the silver adapter into the yellow plug. Plug that into the Yellow RCA plug of your camera. Plug in the black plug into the red RCA plug on your camcorder. Set the camera to VCR mode. You may need to change settings in the menu to allow analog in.
