European HiFi Store - Onkyo?
Hey guys
I want to get an Onkyo TX-SR606 receiver, but it's overpriced in Norway.. In Norway it's about 1500 USD... Do any of you know of any european stores with good prices? Where do you guys shop for gear? I'd get it from B&H but it's 110V/60hz and we have 240v/50hz |

I’ve never done this before, but isn’t it possible to just get a low cost US to EURO power converter? You may want to post this in the audio visual science forums as well and see what the AV experts say.

It is possible but it will still be 60hz. The converter that allows 550w (which the receiver draws) costs about 400$ here. Almost as much as the receiver in the US.
