Dual coldshoe adapter (for shotgun and wireless)?

I need to mount a shockmount (for my AT822) plus a G-100 wireless transmitter on my FX7.

A simple dual cold-shoe adapter could be a solution, but the most suitable one I've found so far got dinged on the review for being plastic - plus the spacing between shoes may be too tight:

Any alternative suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What about this one?

I haven't used it personally but it looks nice. Maybe too tall though if you really wanted a flat one.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Not sure about the extra height though ... I use the camera in the field and a lower profile might be preferable.

I use this one:

Very useful as long as you don't mind the incredibly strong smell of rubber from it.

It goes into the tripod fitting so it might not be suitable though.

Hmmm ... I saw that one but figured it would block the FX7's LCD, which opens out by about 4". Thanks though.

Grahm, I have used both of the brackets shown. The PAG is a good idea, but the shoes will be too close. The Cool Lux one, is well built, but I don't likt the high profile of it and I got too much handling noise from it.

Now here's one by Frezzi. While it is expensive, it seems to be well built, low profile and large enough for 2 wireless if needed, so a shotgun mic an wireless will be easy on it.

Also there's this from VFGadgets

The VFGadgets stuff BTW is very well built, as I have a handle bracket from them.

That was one of the ones I was thinking of, but couldn't remember the manufacturer.

Or even better, here's a longer version of the same bracket.

This will give you more area to mount 3 accessories if you like, like this...

Thanks guys - I'll try the Rycote as a starter - some of those others look good for a light, which maybecome a factor soon as well, so good info to have.
