Power alternatives for use with a BDS

Hi there,

I was looking for alternatives to investing in an NP-1 set (batts, charger, cup) to use with a BDS. I've got a 442, Edirol R-Pro and a Lectro set (also a 302 and Tascam HD P2).

Ty Ford mentioned he used this battery: Batterygeek.net: universal laptop battery, external laptop battery, macbook battery, macbook pro battery, universal laptop battery pack, External laptop Battery Pack

Would this work with a BDS and what would be needed connector-wise if so?

Any input welcome!

Thx,

Sean
