waveform graph to audio file
 

I am looking for a program that can convert an image file with an optical soundtrack on it (a waveform graph) to a wav file, or any other format. I have found programs that let me turn images into sound, but none of them read the images as if they were a waveform (talking about .raw file format).

I realize that this might not be the right site to post on, I don't really belong to any purely audio sites, so if you don't have any idea about this, but know a site which is geared towards this more, please let me know.
