Spicing up editing ala Top Gear
 

we all know Top gear's cuts in post are ramped up with a sweet selection of licensed tracks, but the sound effects are used religiously as well.

I'm on the lookout for a soundbank that houses sound effects that can harmoniously interplay with fast cuts, like whooshes, etc. Can you guys point me to some cds for purchase or some well known websites that are home such effects? Thanks!
