It's an education

B&H just sent me their 2-volume audio catalog. Lots of equipment and lots of bits and pieces I didn't know existed.

Get a set if you can.

You mean like a recording where they describe the product to you or do you mean it just covers thier audio products?

It's two phone-directory-sized volumes of professional audio gear. Like their professional lighting catalog, it's a reference work all to itself!

For some reason I don't see it listed on their website.

It's probably not listed there. It was an unexpected free mailing. I'm not sure how they selected the recipients but it sounds like you did not make that cut. Give them a call to see if you can get a copy.

I got a set too! I thought I was just special. It's got a ton of stuff that isn't in their regular catalogs.

I got these two monstrous books too. I can't even imagine how much money this company makes that they can just toss out huge catologs like this to folks that didn't even ask for it. I'm not complaining - it's great reading!

I see that B&H added the book on their web site. You can order the hard copy. You can also read it on line in PDF format.

Even more good news, just received a similar size book of all the lighting equipment. Considering all the junk mail I receive, these B&H bonus's are sure appreciated.

I just recieved the Lighting Book. Hopefully the audio one is coming. I think I have only purchased a tripod from them, so probably not.

gotta love those B&H catalogs...I keep them until a newer one comes out. As for how they can afford it--these guys sell more equipment in a day than some stores sell in a year.
