Audio Record Time on SD/SDHC Cards?

Just bought the Zoom H4N Handy Recorder. It comes with a 1GB SD card and I'm curious how long of an audio file that will give me, in both .wav format and .mp3 format. I'm planning on using it for weddings/events.

Also, would there be much of a difference between a SD card vs. SDHC card?

Thanks!
