Zaxcom freq block

Is the Zaxcom freq Block 21 usable in Europe as well as the US?

I shoot mostly in France and Britain but I've been in the US for the last 3 months, and I'll be back over next year probably for a month. Is it better to go with a "European" block like 31 and forget about using wireless in both the US and Europe? Are there any advantages of using one Block over another?

This is mostly for documentary work. I've taken 3 months off to look after the kids, so I've been editing when possible rather than shooting, but with such an investment I'd like to get it right, and have the possibility of using the gear all year round.

I've used this forum a lot over the years, so many thanks for the great advice and contributions.
