Good Dialogue Boom Mic for Large Reverberent Space?

I'm going to be doing a shoot in a large (1500+ sf) loft area. The room has exposed brick walls, a tiled floor and high ceilings. The mic will be tasked with recoding dialogue directly into a Sony Z1. It will be mounted on a K-tek boom with shock mount.

Needless to say this is a very boomy space that is probably too large for me to effectively dampen and make much more friendly for audio recording.

I'm imagining that my best bet is a hypercardioid like an AT-4073a. Any other suggestions? Budget for this mic is up to $1250.

Many thanks!

Seeing as you're booming I assume that your shots are reasonably close as not to get the boom/op in the picture? If so and you can leave out the feet of the subject, have you thought about putting a rug or carpet on the floor and booming from below. I did this in a basement bedroom for an interview and the difference was almost night and day. A lot better than keeping the reverb.

Best mic for the job is a Schoeps cmc641.
