Audio Noise Reduction

I am in the market to buy an audio noise reduction software and am really stuck between Sony NR and Soundsoap. I know that there are lots of threads and articles about them, but I am still relatively confused. Right now I'm using Adobe Audition for noise reduction and am really not impressed. I understand that either of these tools will be an improvement though (am I right with that?). In addition to which one is better, which one is easier to use with Vegas 5?

Thank you for any help or input you can give.
