Great Deal on Sennheiser Wireless Mics
 

Maybe this needs to be in the audio forum, and feel free to move it if needed, but the Sennheiser G2 wireless system is a staple among wedding videographers, so I made this post here.

I just found a great deal on the discontinued Sennheiser G2 wireless mics at B&H. The sale ends Dec. 14 and Dec. 31. I know that B&H is not the only sponsor of this forum, so if anyone finds another sponsor offering the same or better deals on the discontinued G2s, please chime in.

They have the two piece kit for $419.

There are some excellent deals around on the, now discontinued, G2 series.

But do be aware that the new G3 camera-mount receiver is diversity and the old G2 wasn't - so the extra you have to pay for the G3 at the moment may actually make it the better buy because of the better RF safety. The switching bandwidth of the G3 is wider than the G2.

Just so you are aware of all the pros and cons.

and the sony UWP-V1 (diversity) was listed $429 (don't know if it still he case).
