AES42 mics, pocket recorder, and camera
 

1. Are there manufacturers of AES42 mics other than Neumann, Sennheiser, and Schoeps?

2. Is there a field recorder (hopefully) of pocket size with AES42 (preferably mode 2) input as the sole or main audio input; possibly with IEEE 802.11?

3. AES42 interface on camera?

I'm starting out presently without preamps ,A/DC etc or the mics to go with these. Sure, right now AES42 choices are extremely limited and high cost. However, it may be more economical to start with these and put up with the risk of high end audio so as to end up with minimal kit to lug around.
