UCR 100 wiring for connection to mixer at DVinfo.net

Any Lectro UCR 100 users in the group? I'm rewiring four receiver to mixer cables to use with a Sound Devices 442. I want to make sure I'm doing it the best way. Need to finish up this weekend. Your help is appreciated!

Mini-plug tip> XLR (M) pin-2
Mini-plug sleeve> XLR pin-1
Jump XLR pin-3 to pin-1

If using a TRS mini-plug, tie the ring and shield together. DO NOT wire it in a conventional TRS to XLR configuration.
The output jack is unbalanced, however it will pass the same signal to tip & ring of 'stereo' headphones.
