Did something happen to SennheiserUSA?

I sent in a G2 bodypack with the Sennheiser form for out of warranty repair to their Connecticut location. I didn't hear back after 4 weeks. They aren't responding to emails sent via their website. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Replied with a direct contact e-mail via PM.

You can always call them on the phone at 860-434-9190. Using their phone tree system, I almost always reach a person.

<insert sound of hand hitting forehead> DOH!

I heard back after contacting them via a PM. Turns out there was a repair receipt confirmation in my email that I had missed. It all just took far longer than I expected (a month) and somehow I'd managed to not provide the CC expiration. It's supposedly on the way so all is well. Thanks.

Re: Did something happen to SennheiserUSA?

Sennheiser owed me a part from a repair they recently did on a wireless lav, and it took them about 6 weeks to get it to me with no explanation for the delay. You may not be the only one getting slow service.

Yes. The time it took was surprising. But considering the economic situation, I was glad there was a facility in the USA that would handle it.
