Audio Monitor, Vx2100 in Automatic??
 

Hello all, anyone know if its possible to have the audio monitor on the LCD screen while audio is in automatic mode? After a huge mistake, I will be getting a pair of "closed ear" headphones to replace my "open ear" set, but would also like the insurance of the audio monitor on the screen. Thanks all.

I don't believe so UNLESS like the PD series, 150/170 one of the channels is on manual. Then the meters will show. I've never had or used the VX series (except the very old VX1000 and I don't remember the details of that camera anymore) so I can't say for sure if like the PD series when you press the the audio button on the back of the camera the meters show in the middle of the screen which kind of blocks a good portion of the LCD.
