Sony Lav Mic repair in Canada?

I have a Sony EMC-55b that has developed a crackly cable fault into the mic capsule - it probably needs a cable replacement. Does anyone know any service companies in Canada that do professional mic repairs?

Trew Audio's Vancouver shop can likely help you out.
If the cable is broken by the connector or power module, it can likely be repaired. OTOH, if the cable is broken at the element, it's usually junk and buying a new mic is a better option.

It is actually right at the element end, in fact it could be the connection to the element itself. Burnaby is practically next door, so I'll see what they say. Thanks for the info, Rick.
