Sony wireless repair

So I have a number of Sony wirelesses its the UTX series I have a lav a plug-in transmitter and I hand held . They all need service, I think they all just have loose connections I called Sony and they looked like they were going to be at least $200 each, does anyone have a good service center that they would recommend? I still dont know if they are worth fixing.

One thought: If they are on the frequency band that is going away, it may not worth it.

like Don said, but if you’d like a project, take it apart, might be as simple as soldering on a new jack if you’re good with electronics...

I did replace one I got a good deal on a open box from B&H, Im pretty sure the other 2 just have cold solder joints but I have to get a tamper proof set of tiny screw drivers and Sony uses a lot of thread lock to keep you out. i'll give it a shot the one that hurts the most is the utx-m03 https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...2855/KBID/3801

it never worked right but I couldnt nail it down and I sent it back once I just never got my money out of it. The bodypack I used for years I think the antenna might have come loose

I just got a really nice tool kit from iFixit:

I already used it to replace the keyboard on my notebook computer. It was great.

But you can probably find kits of security bits for a few bucks. I found several on Amazon:
