Will AT3031s drive a Sony M100?

I think I'd like to buy and use an M100 record my AT3031 stereo pair, as powered by a dedicated phantom power supply. I expect the AT3031s to put out a range of about 0.2 to 20 mV in the venue. Should I be okay without a preamp?

I finally found that the MZ-M100 has a mimimum input level of 0.13mV, so the range I expect from my 3031s should be fine, especially if I use my DXA-8.

The M100 I reviewed took a beyer m160 ribbon mic and did quite well with it.

I looked for that review but couldn't find it.

Prolly not up there yet Fred. Sorry for your trouble. The beyer M160 is a ribbon mic with a very low output. The M100 did fine with it, to my surprise.
