Which one is better for Fx1, DXA-6 or DXA-FX?

The DXA-6 is a passive device, even though it generates phantom power for the mics. The DXA-FX has the ability to generate additional gain in the mic signal, but it doesn't provide phantom power. So it would depend on your mics. If they are low-sensitivity self-powered or dynamic mics, then your recording could benefit from the additional gain of the DXA-FX if your camera inputs are noisy. The DXA-FX also has limiters.
If you need phantom power for your mics, then you need a BeachTek or other device that provides phantom power.

Actually, I would take a strong look at the BeachTek DXA-10 preamp.

The FX-1 is one of the few consumer cameras that has Mic and Line level inputs. You can use Line level out of the DXA-10 into the FX-1.

The only advantage I see of the DXA-FX is that it mounts nicely to the FX-1 and has limiters. But the DXA-FX costs about $75 more.

Feeding line level into the Sony FX-1 is going to give you cleaner sound by not using the camera's noisy preamps. I'd go with the DXA-10 on an FX-1 unless limiters are more important for your type of productions.

The DXA-10 also has 48V phantom power which the DXA-FX does not.

Although the DXA-10 does not mount to the camera like the other BeachTek's, you can still clip it to your tripod sling or belt. The unit was meant more for MiniDisc and small digital recorders, but also works great for video production.

If you still want to attach the unit to your camera, Videosmith has the Rover Aux box. It's a nice addition if you can handle having a metal box between your camera and the tripod plate. http://www.videosmith.com/shop/index...products_id=18
