dvx100b XLR connector pins

I am going to get a balanced cable (for my dvx100b and Rode NTG-2) and it will be custom-made (around 10meters)
pin layout of NTG-2 is documented as :
pin 1 ground
pin 2 (+)
pin 3 (-)

Pin numbers on the dvx100b XLR socket can be seen, but I suspect if dvx100b uses the same pin layout. finally, I need to know which wire to connect to which pin.
I also need some advice on the cable specs.

any info about this subject is valuable for me.
thanks

Such cables are readily available premade at very low cost even for premium quality Star-Quad but if you do want to make up your own, one end will have a male XLR and the other a female XLR. Simply connect pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2 and pin 3 to pin 3. Just for reference, if you're making up balanced XLR to balanced TRS cables, XLR 2 goes to TRS tip, XLR 3 goes to TRS ring, and XLR 1 goes to TRS sleeve.
