Phantom power in XLR y-cable

Hi,

I'm using a mono microphone and would like to split its XLR output to both XLR inputs of my Sony Z1 to make recordings with different settings on each channel. Also, I'd like to use Phantom power if possible. What Phantom power settings should I use ?

At least one of the XLR ports should have its phantom power turned on. The other one need not be turned on but it shouldn't hurt anything if it is.

Thanks. I was worried about turning both on.
