Any Letus Extreme retail sample vids out there?
 

Are there any samples shot with the Extreme production versions?
If all the samples shown here are from preproduction units how should potential customer know if the bokeh and lightloss are as promised or not? I`d really like to see some samples shot with retail EX.

You'll probably see footage from production versions within two weeks. I've been told that the first shipment is this week.

there must be some samples somewhere, or else are people spending $1000+ on these things without any proof of quality?

I guess you've seen the samples from the website, made with the pre-production units?

yeah actually i have, those sample videos seem to me to have very varying quality. I guess i'll have to check out the full res versions. Some make this adapter look promising. I wonder if many changes were made between those and the production version or if the time was simply spent ramping up manufacturing. Has anyone written a review yet, preproduction or otherwise?

Have you downloaded Steven Dempsey's stuff posted here ? I know it was prepreduction too, but I trust his appraisal at this point...

Every sample you can find is from a preproduction unit, because no production units have reached customer hands yet.

Production Extremes have started shipping yesterday or today, so people will be receiving the final version very soon.
