Letus Etreme 35

Hello users, i am considering to buy an Letus Extreme 35 adapter for a Sony PMW-EX1. My question is about the lenses.
What type of bajonet conector i must chose and what type of lenses are the better choice?

Nikon lens are the most popular, also Zeiss lens are also excellent choice, make sure the lens are manual focus, manual aperture
