My vibration holder broke (DIY) - how to make a new one?

Hello,
my vibration holder, from jetsetmodel hit unfortunately the floor ... two pins are broken. Tried to repair it, but it's nearly impossible.

It still works, but you can hear a very loud noise of touching holder parts. They guy wants 75$ just for a piece of plastic and doesn't ship to me, to avoid tax-paying....great for me, hm? :/

Is there a way to uncouple the vibrations from the 35mm-tube? I got the holder and the broken vibration thing. Is there a way, or what did you used, if you got a DIY-Adapter?
