What about shooting 1080p with canon 5d mark2

http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/digital-v...announced.html

it has a full sensor.
it is able to shoot 12 minutes continues shoot and makes it 30fps quicktime.(1920_1080)
it is very able in low light (25600 iso)

so no adapter needed. and there will be perfect dof with really clear shot with no grain or nothing.

the price is 2600$

so what may be the cons? Since buying a good hd camcoder and a good adaptor will be costing more than this?

I think one of the main cons are:

Form factor.
Professional Audio (No XLR inputs)
Storage of media
