Until sombody who knows, (like Charles Papert or Chris Barcellos) comes along, this is my wild guess.

Camera - Red One?

Adaptor - Lens mount adaptor, (ARRI to Red One) not a groundglass adaptor.

Lens - Possibly older Zeiss Arri. (maybe even 16mm with cam shooting at 2K).

Panavision rod style mounted swingaway mattebox? (which turns me back to thinking there is an older 35mm film lens on front of the camera.

Looks like a RED with a mattebox.

Yup... RED One with a three-stage matte box; nothing unusual there.
